About the Company:
Our client is a focused investment startup in the Web3 sector, currently expanding key departments: HR, Finance, and Legal. They also run an incubator for Web3 startups. The team consists of 8 professionals, including the CEO, Investment Director, Finance Head, Legal Head, and legal advisors.
HR Vision:
The HR strategy is evolving. The company prioritizes clear, targeted hiring over generic roles and ensures compensation packages exceed market averages. They focus on building a strong employer brand through both online and offline channels and emphasize alignment between the company’s strategy and employee goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and Maintain HR Functions:
Develop and sustain corporate culture.
Establish and grow the company brand.
Design and manage processes for hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and development.
Define and review financial and non-financial employee conditions.
Handle recruitment directly or with a team, using both passive and active sourcing methods.
2. Lead the HR Department:
Update and execute the HR strategy.
Manage the HR team, including recruitment, management, and employee development.
Customize tools to support HR processes.
Required Experience and Skills:
Proven experience building HR processes from scratch or transforming them in IT companies (20-100 employees).
Expertise in recruiting technical and non-technical roles, including C-level positions.
Experience in developing talent strategies and employer branding.
Strong critical thinking, system thinking, leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
At least 3 years in HR functions, with 2+ years in management.
Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
Preferred:
Experience in HR within incubators.
Experience in onboarding, employee assessment, and HR strategy development.
English proficiency (B2 or higher).
Working Conditions: Full-time, remote work. Immediate start preferred.
