What you'll do...

As a Director of Technical Program Management, you will be the owner and driver of several complex programs, forming a portfolio of efforts to meet the business goals that support the strategic vision of building Walmart's Corporate Real Estate systems.


About Team:
Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.

What you'll do:

  • Create the program structure and shared alignmentwith the program team across Walmart on vision, business goals, program, and secure cross-functional teams dependencies' commitment.
  • Be a thought leader who can help accelerate the capabilities delivery and challenge others to change.
  • Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program outcomes.
  • Manage new and existing technologies integration
  • Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning.
  • De-risk transformational programsacross various dimensions of risk such technical, org, informational asymmetry, product, data science and business adoption. Drive best-in-class technical program management practices.
  • Be anactive problem solverthat owns outcomes on behalf of cross-org teams.
  • Lead executive committee meetingswith key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues
  • Provide on-going visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) to all stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of TPMs as applicable. Be responsible for recruitment, evaluation and growth of the TPMs


What you'll bring:

  • 10+ Years of Technical Program Management Experienceleading multiple programs.
  • Comfortable presenting to and persuading multiple stakeholders from front line associates to business and Global Technology Executives
  • Demonstrated ability to build strongcross-functional relationships
  • Exceptional and conciseverbal and written communications skills
  • Skilled in Data-driven, objective analysis and decision making
  • Ability to managelarge, complex programsin an Agile environment
  • Strong experience withEnterprise Agile Program Management
  • Exceptional technical depthacross domains such as engineering, system design, product management and data science
  • Passion forWorkforce technologies like Workday, SAP and full stack applications.
  • Personal and professional maturity in a high-paced, ambiguous, high-pressure environment.
  • Superiorcritical thinking skillsto take high-complexity spaces and decompose to tractable pieces.

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$190,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)- Stock
