Trademark Associate – Chicago

Annual salary range: $310,000 – $390,000

We are looking to speak with trademark associate attorneys to join our client’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice in their Chicago office.

You will handle a wide range of matters relating to various aspects of intellectual property law, including:

1. Prosecution before the US Patent and Trademark Office
2. International intellectual property coordination
3. Counseling and prosecution
4. Managing intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
5. Drafting intellectual property license agreements
6. Resolving domain name, social media, and other internet-related conflicts
7. Working on numerous IP matters in several federal, district, and appellate courts
