Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Assume overall revenue and profit responsibility for the Americas sales. Achieve agreed financial and business goals.
  2. On an annual basis develop and execute a rigorous sales budget and operating plan to grow our Top customer's revenue. Work with the Americas organization to optimize direct selling channels, distribution contracts, and Agencies whilst minimizing selling costs.
  3. Responsible for designing and executing Customer Success element strategies.
  4. Together with EFD Division Leadership, establish profitable growth and business targets and ensure they are achieved.
  5. Work cross-functionally with the manufacturing/operations team to hit our monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  6. Work cross-functionally with our marketing and innovation teams, supporting our innovation pipeline through voice of the customer efforts and ensuring excellence in product launches.
  7. On an annual basis, develop, present, and roll out the five-year strategic plan identifying top customers and strategic segments growth opportunities, continuous gross margin improvements and strategic direction for the EFD sales business.
  8. Handle a limited number of strategic key accounts and major contracts on a personal basis, and in conjunction with sub-regional sales ensure consistency as new strategic accounts are developed. Manage and coordinate the negotiation of all of Americas Customer Agreements for EFD in conjunction with the Americas organization. Ensure cross-business sales opportunities are maximized.
  9. Ensure the EFD Product pricing is optimized across the Americas, and all price lists are current and accurate at all times. Implement and control pricing and discount policies including Key Accounts.
  10. Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts in accordance with corporate planning schedules.
  11. Ensure CRM and Business software is effectively implemented globally, databases are maintained, and processes are optimized for the business.
  12. With the EFD leadership team, manage all segment-related sales and incentive bonus schemes and ensure the validity of all claims.

Education And Experience

  1. University degree or diploma in business or relevant technology; MBA is preferred.
  2. More than 10 years of professional-related business experience is preferred.
  3. Ability to demonstrate significant sales growth and development within an organization and advanced contracts experience.
  4. Strong business development background.
  5. Management skills focused on achieving maximum efficiency in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee motivation.
  6. Excellent people manager with experience managing remote international and cross functional teams.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills to manage a range of stakeholders.
  9. Highly proactive with the ability to make decisions and drive all areas of the business.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  11. Passion for Industry, for solid relationships and for networking.
  12. Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills.
