Job Overview

Reporting to the Director, Walmart Field, you will lead our sales efforts across all National Walmart field sales and oversee a team of Regional Account Managers to implement our Large Format strategies at over 4,700 Walmart stores.

1. Coaching your direct reports
2. Managing budgets and goals
3. Developing productive business relationships
4. Building joint business plans with senior leadership across Walmart Regions
5. Performing analysis of total Walmart business to determine the effectiveness of promotions and programming
