ACEIT Software Requirements place Chantilly, VA 018-24-6 bookmark_outline

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to support our ACEIT team on software requirements. Successful candidates must have a passion for using the ACEIT software and an interest in improving the software for future generations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the ACEIT Team and cost community stakeholders to identify operational and application requirements.
• Work closely with our Program Manager, UX designer, and developers to innovate future software solutions.
• Document requirements and create feature documents to inform the ACEIT software development team of the system specifications, business rules, design constraints.
• Lead our agile software development team to prioritize work packages and plan overall software releases.
• Provide reach back and backup to users support/help desk enabling understanding of user challenges with the software.
• Draft and deliver presentations about ACEIT for government and commercial clients.
• Maintain the proper security clearance and U.S. citizenship is required.

Skills Required

• Qualified applicants should have experience (minimum relevant experience of 5 years) with both cost analysis and the ACEIT software.
• Cost estimating and model development.
• Presentation, instruction, and/or briefing on cost analysis topics.
• Cost and schedule uncertainty analysis.
• Schedule building and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
• Leadership.
• Candidate can work out of any Tecolote office, Chantilly/Virginia preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
