This role entails developing and maturing the IT Governance and Organizational Change Management functions across URA and its platform companies.
In this mute-disciplinary role, you will:
• Ensure that IT processes are thoroughly documented, adopted, communicated, and compliant with organizational standards and regulatory requirements is crucial.
• When implemented effectively, this practice bridges the gap between strategy and execution.
• Additionally, it is essential to manage the human aspects of change to ensure that changes within an organization are smoothly executed and yield lasting benefits.
• Enhance operational efficiencies by identifying, drafting, and implementing new business processes both within the URA technology department and among the platform companies.
• Workforce management: Ensure that the organization has the right people with the appropriate skills and knowledge and in the correct roles to support its business objective
• Support all M&A activity (IMO) and IT strategic projects (Unified URA)
• Develop an outward-facing liaison role to connect with the IMO, Shared Service, and Corporate Development. This position will serve as the sole point of contact for IT in relation to current and future acquisition tasks.
Successful collaboration with numerous stakeholders in both URA and the platform companies is essential in this role.
Reporting Structure
The Organizational Change Management Lead is a director-level role within URA technology, reporting to the CIO. This position is part of the URA IT leadership team and contributes to the IT Business Office. Although it formally reports to technology, there is matrix accountability to the URA shared services leadership team, and the leaders in the operating companies.
Deliverables
In this role you will work closely with the rest of the IT leadership team to draft and implement the long-term strategic vision for URA. In direct support of this strategic vision, you'll develop and oversee the implementation of strategies and direct organizational change. You will act as key advisors within IT and across the business, helping to define and deliver on both the tactical and strategic roadmap. Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and extensive functional experience.
Candidate Profile

  • BA/BS degree or comparable work experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Sought out for functional knowledge and guidance; anticipates issues and makes considered decisions to avoid them.
  • Owner of, and expert on large parts of their job function.
  • Has a track record of creating improvements across major parts of their department, bringing about positive changes to the business.
  • Holistic, integrated understanding of organizational context.
