What You'll Do:

• Engage with potential loan applicants, answer their questions, and transfer warm leads to the Senior Loan Officers
• Fast track with our NMLS training and test prep to ensure you are licensed within 90 days
• Learn industry leading scripts to help with transfer success and future Senior Loan Officer sales
• Reply to incoming calls from customers including products, services, questions, and complaints

What You'll Need:

• A great attitude and coachable mindset! THIS IS A MUST!
• A willingness to complete training and obtain your NMLS/MLO/state license.
• Desire to grow into a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer role with pay potential of $100K-$400K annually
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, plus proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with mortgage programs and loan types is a plus, but we're excited to train the right candidate!
• Experience in financial services, real estate, or related fields is helpful but not necessary.
• A high school diploma is required

Compensation:

• $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
