The Clinical Integration Specialist supports Sales and Corporate Accounts in the company's effort to integrate clinical and technological electrophysiology practice into the development of successful, sustainable business solutions for our future and current hospital partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support sales and business development
o Work with sales executives to sell conversions and target new accounts
o Function in an account management capacity monitoring current account performance and develop intervention strategies to correct when needed
o Propose clinical and utilization models that allows facility to optimize savings
o Analyze utilization practices and pricing
o Partner with EP lab management and supply chain personnel to guide best practices
o Liaison with clinicians and technologists to create comfort around sale
· Guide clinicians and technologists
o Interface with and educate clinicians and technologists
o Support transition to a mapping support-independent solution
o Demonstrate, support and occasionally train mapping techniques
- Program implementation and development
o Participate in a lead role in the implementation of new account to ensure alignment of clinical, administrative, and technical parties and interests.
o Ongoing, regular "clinical days" with key Innovative Health accounts
o Support the introduction of new products in Innovative Health's portfolio through training, product trials and on-site product demonstrations.
· Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly Sales, R&D, and Business Development

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
· 5-10 years' experience working in an EP Lab
· Deep knowledge of electrophysiology technology and 3D mapping systems
· Bachelor's level degree required, Masters level business degree preferred
· Great communication and teaching skills
· Extensive acumen in problem solving, juggling multiple priorities and a commitment to quality
· Communication: must exhibit effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Courteous and polite in written and oral communication in a non-confrontational manner in one‐to‐one situations, small groups, and before large audiences
· Must be proactive in identifying opportunities and challenges with the ability to work with others to develop and execute successful plans. Results-oriented team player with willingness and motivation to grow professionally
· Possess intellectual curiosity, persistence and creativity in problem solving. Team-oriented but also highly self-sufficient and self-motivated
Work Environment:
· This job requires significant travel, applicants can expect to be traveling to and visiting accounts 4 days a week with one home office day a week.
· This job partly operates in a clerical, office, as well as a manufacturing environment and the candidate may be exposed to blood borne pathogens. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to odors, fumes, dust or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
