They will support operational needs for Brand Partners (TaylorMade, GolfPride etc.,), plus Licensed Tournaments (LIV Golf, PGA Tour, US Open, PGA Championship, Ryder Cup, TGL, Solheim Cup, etc.). They will additionally provide all customer relations needs for existing Green Grass customers.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Golf category, by providing additional key account support for our license partners, and brand partnersSupport the Golf category by building ROAL specifications for key accounts & partners, help process orders with CSRs, manage calendars for orders placed and act as a liason for these accounts to New EraSupport the Golf category marketing initiatives by processing invoices, following-up on payments, and helping to coordinate and track the overall category marketing budgetCoordinate the athlete seeding shipments and oversee athlete database for CategoryOrder product for golf marketing initiativesAssist in preparing presentations for internal and external meetingsAssist in the planning and preparation for all special events (LIV Golf, Ryder Cup, PGA Championship, Solheim Cup, etc...) as well as additional Category VIP eventsSupport and create new strategies and methodologies based on research, data, success rates and market trendsResearch golf headwear competitors’ lines and their marketing initiativesCoordinate and work with legal team on legal approvalsMonitor and coordinate licensee (LIV, TGL, PGA, USGA, NCAA, MLB, NFL, etc.) approval process for all product and creativeMonitor current LIV League & TGL standings and stay current on industry newsSupport with annual DCK Golf Tournament as necessaryKeep all sensitive matters confidentialOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAccuracy and deep attention to detail; highly organizedStrong teamwork and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to manage projects and multitaskMeets deadlines in a fast past environmentAble to work in a collaborative environment across organizational structuresExceptional problem solving skillsConceptual, creative thinker-who can thrive in a fast pace environmentAbility to be proactive and flexible in the face of change and last minute requirementsAbility to maintain a flexible schedule – evenings and weekends may be requiredAbility to play Golf a bonus, but not necessaryEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field requiredOne (1) to Three (3) years of experience in marketing experience; sports or apparel preferredTravel RequirementUp to 15%New Era Cap, LLC is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer that believes in inclusion and does not discriminate against any candidate or employee on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetics, or any other basis protected by applicable local, state or federal laws.The salary range for this posted position is $50,500 - $56,500 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York.
