The opportunity
As the Director EY Assist EAP Clinical Team, you will develop and manage the employee assistance and daily life resource and referral services for partners/principals, staff, and family members in the US firm. These services are designed to enhance the well-being, job performance, and work/life balance of individuals and families. Responsibilities include one-on-one consults, crisis intervention, clinical assessments, case management, and driving the EY Assist program marketing and communications.
Your key responsibilities
- Select and manage EY Assist vendors in the development and delivery of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
- Ensure compliance of services with legal regulations.
- Stay current with research and best practices related to EY Assist services.
- Market EY Assist services internally to achieve utilization levels.
- Collaborate with other firm functions on initiatives like change management and crisis management.
- Deliver clinical assessment, referral, and follow-up services to individuals and families.
- Serve as a national member of the firm’s Crisis Response Team.
- Manage and maintain databases, reports, and analyses for planning purposes.
- Establish goals for the function and pursue strategic assignments.
- Make decisions impacting the entire firm.
Skills and attributes for success
- Extensive clinical knowledge and experience.
- Ability to respond decisively to emergency situations.
- Expertise in a specialty area of behavioral health practice.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and manage priorities.
- Experience as an EAP professional preferred.
- Technological skills in Microsoft suite and data analysis.
- Advanced understanding of HIPAA privacy requirements.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
- Advanced degree (MA, MSW, Ph.D.) in social work, psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 12+ years related experience in EAP and clinical roles.
- State licensure in a mental health discipline.
What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $221,400 to $438,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through various factors including education, experience, and geography.
