Luxor Healthcare is looking for a Regional Director of Operationsto oversee our MO Nursing Home communities. This position oversees multiple Administrators in the region for regulatory compliance, stability, profitability, and building our culture into a great place to work.

Regional Director of Operations :
- Hire, mentor, and train leadership positions on your team.
- Develop stable and effective teams within our operations.

- Develop strategic plans to improve culture and profitability within your region.
Regional Director of Operations Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of Nursing Home operational experience required; Multi-facility experience preferred.
- Regional Administrator : 1 year (Preferred)
- LNHA: 3 year (Must)
