Requirements:

• Ability to oversee planning and development of educational programs.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task situations and assignments successfully.
• At least five years of strong leadership experience in a Director role.
• Budget and financial acumen preferred.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in early childhood Education.
• Must meet Director license requirements for Florida.
• Accreditation and licensing knowledge preferred.
