Accounting Manager

We have partnered with an established construction company in the Atlanta area seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles and practices in the construction industry
2. Manage the construction accounting function, including general accounting and financial reporting
3. Oversee the construction accounting function, including revenue recognition and project accounting
4. Manage the accounting team
5. Work closely with external CPA firm on audit and tax matters

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2. 4+ years of experience
3. Exposure to the construction industry and knowledge of percentage of completion/job costing is a must
