ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Formulates/defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
- Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
- Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
- Has good understanding of the business or function for which applications is designed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Zero (0) or more years of experience knowledge and understanding of working through the full system lifecycle.
- Knowledge of all phases of application system analysis and programming.
- Experience performing gap analysis, performing trade studies, and providing written technical assessments.
- Knowledge of pertinent DoD and DoN directives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS/MS preferred.
- Five (5+) or more years of experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of working through the full system lifecycle.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and have an active/current Secret clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
