Job Description:

• Lead an installation team on various projects
• Collaborate with Salesmen, Install Coordinator, and Installation Manager to ensure accurate job installations
• Maintain stocked truck with necessary installation materials
• Capture before and after images of installations with model and serial numbers
• Document any incomplete items on the day of installation for Quality Control Technician
• Install various HVAC equipment types, including replacements, remodels, and new residential installations
• Perform duct system installations and modifications, piping systems, control wiring, and other HVAC-related components
• Engage with customers and other construction trades throughout projects
• Receive and fulfill work orders, and maintain precise records of material and labor usage via electronic handheld devices
• Conduct post-installation inspections and ensure cleanliness of work areas
• Manage inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and materials, including refrigerant usage records to comply with federal regulations
• Travel within and outside the DFW area as needed, with per diem provided for overnight stays outside the DFW area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean and valid driver's license
• EPA Type 1 and 2 certifications
• TDLR technician registration
• Prior experience in residential HVAC
• HVAC Trade School degree is a plus
• Experience in other trades is advantageous
