CIL Inc/Liberty Enterprises is looking for a full-time, on-site role for Payroll/AP AR.


In this roll you will perform a variety of tasks including payroll, employee relations, accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining financial reports.


Essential Job Functions:

· Payroll duties

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Unemployment

· Workman's Compensation

· Ordering central supply items

· ROCS Billing 1 x month

· Establish pre-need burial insurance for clients

· Order office supplies

· Manage job postings for employment

· Communicate with vendors, suppliers and various agencies regarding accounts and client status.

· Complete Representative payee reports on clients

· Complete SSI/SSDI client case reviews

· Verify client bank account audits/sign off on quarterly reviews

· Manage Medicaid notices for clients

· Organize special events for clients (including Special Olympics)

· File all tax returns for clients

· Quarterly and annual tax deposits for company

· Collect paperwork from house managers for meetings

· Create and manage forms for clients, staff and managers

· Employee benefits

· Maintain company website

· HR duties (vacation, sick time, IRA, filing)

· Set up representative payee status for new clients

· Petty cash reconciliation

· Approve receipts and credit cards for clients

· Manage fire alarm and sprinkler system inspections

· Manage financials for clients as needed

· Basic supervision of Administrative Assistant/Concierge.

· Maintain Medicaid eligibility log for clients

· Reconcile office bank statements

· IT troubleshooting and repairs

· Webinars/training as needed

· Client rate and income changes

· Oversees Safety & Fire Duties

· Managing of Maintenance items

· Ordering of Maintenance Supplies

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Verified Background Check

Work Experience

1. Working knowledge of supervising, Excel, Microsoft Word, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll required.

2. Working knowledge of computer hardware, software programs, Medicare and Medicaid preferred.

3. Must be able to satisfactorily complete pre-employment back screen exam for this position, drug testing, as well as an annual body mechanics screening.

4. Data base knowledge a plus.
