Job Description Summary: We’re looking for a passionate Product Marketing Director to lead the consumer marketing strategy for our Financial Services portfolio. The ideal leader for this role is equal parts strategic and creative and can seamlessly translate our business objectives, product strategy, and insights into global marketing plans that drive portfolio and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop marketing strategies that drive financial services portfolio growth and deliver against our consumer segment KPIs.
  • Define and monitor the critical metrics for measuring success of financial services marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Product/Design/Eng/Market Research to influence product roadmaps.
  • Define audience, global positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional groups to enable collaboration and communication.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10-15 years experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience working globally.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Passion for customer-centric strategy.
  • Team player with leadership skills.
  • Ability to distill complex information into understandable messages.
  • Fast learner with problem-solving skills.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem.

PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $118700 to $246290.

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
