Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (experience dependent)
Location: Office Based in Newton Le Willows - WA12 9UY

The role:

We're looking to recruit an experienced IT / Systems Administrator who can take ownership of all of the different technologies that the business uses. This includes our intranet, client CRM systems, Email Marketing systems, online candidate presentation portals, psychometric testing portals, as well as a range of hardware and software present in most office-based businesses.

You will play a crucial role in managing the organisation's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations of computer-based and online systems. Day to day you will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining hardware and software
  2. Managing user accounts and permissions
  3. Monitoring system performance
  4. Troubleshooting and providing technical support

Ad hoc projects would include:

  1. New system roll out
  2. Training users and new starters
  3. Setting up IT equipment for new starters
  4. Moving/re-wiring of phones and computers following desk layout changes

Alongside this, you would be responsible for the recording and monitoring of sales/customer data and providing the management team with sales performance reports. In conjunction with a CRM administrator, you will ensure that the data on our systems is compliant, accurate, and relevant.

Background:

  1. A formal IT qualification would be advantageous, but it is not considered essential; we are open to people who are self-taught or time-served. There will be the opportunity to complete formal qualifications whilst in employment.
  2. Strong IT and technical skills in Windows operating system and Office 365
  3. Strong Excel skills, able to create and maintain shared spreadsheets for sales performance tracking
  4. Able to troubleshoot and solve issues with IT hardware and software
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Project management abilities
  7. Able to learn and implement new business software systems quickly.
