Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the marketing team while collaboratively developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies with the CEO, COO, Head of R&D, and Sr. Community Manager.
- Collaborate with the CEO and COO to devise an efficient organizational structure for the marketing department, and skillfully recruit talent to fill open positions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Accounting department in crafting financial projections and forecasting for business operations, specifically focusing on marketing operational costs surpassing $1M.
- Define and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and implement improvements.
- Lead research, planning, execution, and analysis of digital growth and advertisement marketing strategies resulting in significant social media growth.
- Lead the management and expansion of the foundation's social media channels and communities.
- Lead the creation of Medium articles, thought leadership pieces, and PR content to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
- Optimize website SEO, leading to increases in traffic and conversions.
- Cultivate relationships with industry leaders and engage actively with external communities.
- Facilitate the establishment of new partnerships and oversee the successful execution of existing partner integrations.
