Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee the marketing team while collaboratively developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies with the CEO, COO, Head of R&D, and Sr. Community Manager.
  2. Collaborate with the CEO and COO to devise an efficient organizational structure for the marketing department, and skillfully recruit talent to fill open positions.
  3. Collaborate with the CEO and Accounting department in crafting financial projections and forecasting for business operations, specifically focusing on marketing operational costs surpassing $1M.
  4. Define and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and implement improvements.
  5. Lead research, planning, execution, and analysis of digital growth and advertisement marketing strategies resulting in significant social media growth.
  6. Lead the management and expansion of the foundation's social media channels and communities.
  7. Lead the creation of Medium articles, thought leadership pieces, and PR content to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
  8. Optimize website SEO, leading to increases in traffic and conversions.
  9. Cultivate relationships with industry leaders and engage actively with external communities.
  10. Facilitate the establishment of new partnerships and oversee the successful execution of existing partner integrations.
