System Performance Improvement specialist is responsible for the coordination of System Process Improvement Metrics through the management of reporting of regulatory and departmental data for institutional PI meetings, dyads and other departmental meetings as indicated.The System Process Improvement Manager reports to the Quality Initiative Manager and works collaboratively with Data & Analytics, and Departmental Leaders.
Education
Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework
Experience
One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
Qualifications
*Green Belt Certification
*Has Bachelor?s Degree in Business Management, Quality or Related field, or is actively enrolled in like program to be completed within 1 year.
*Meeting Management
*Proficient with, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and scheduling
