Job Title: Operations Manager – Engineering

Location: LAX

Pay Range: USD $140,000 - $160,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage part of the Americas engineering operation.
• Provide leadership to maintenance and support groups within the Line Maintenance Operations business model.
• Drive key initiatives and improvement plans focused on safety and quality.
• Manage a large number of technical and operational staff to complete routine and complex aircraft maintenance events.
• Align operational priorities with those of the Qantas Group to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in aircraft engineering management.
• Experience managing operational cost performance.
• Exceptional people management skills.
• Strong operational decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to drive a diverse and collaborative culture.
• Understanding of environmental compliance and regulations.
• Good communication skills across various departments.
• Sound project management experience in complex engineering projects.
