What You’ll Do
The Digital QA Analyst (temp) is responsible for multiple areas of the software development life cycle (SDLC): tests software and other computer applications to ensure that they function properly and efficiently. This can include new software or software that needs to be upgraded or modified. The main role is to continuously improve software products and applications, with an emphasis and focus on user experience (UX) and workflows.
- Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size
- Test software releases by executing assigned tests (manual and/or automated)
- Support data integration by defining requirements, streamlining processes, promoting transparency, and developing complex logic
- Support testing on various platforms such as E-commerce platform testing, full functionality testing and compatibility testing
- Work collaboratively within the IT department and business units to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with customers, including local and remote test runs
- Optimize testing scenario combinations for maximum automated test coverage, working with legacy scripts
- Provide administrative support such as coordination, development, quality assurance, documentation, background research and deployment of reports
- Set automation on various websites
- Other duties may be assigned
Bring It!
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with data-oriented projects. May substitute relevant coursework for experience
- Strong technical understanding of digital web and mobile technologies
- Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
- Must be a self-starter with ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project and PowerPoint), JIRA & Agile methodology

Munchkin’s hybrid schedule is where an employee works in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remotely from home on Tuesday and Friday. We also provide annual weeklong global office closures giving our people a chance to recharge.
Salary range: $30-40/hour
This position will work in our beautiful corporate office 5 days a week.
