What We're Looking For :

• The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience
  
• Inventory experience (strongly preferred)
  
• Manufacturing exp (preferred/not required)
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  
• Strong work ethic and drive to learn

What You'll Be Doing :

• Assist with the month end close tasks including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, etc.
  
• Assemble financial reporting package for internal stakeholders
  
• Assist with annual inventory and analysis to be distributed to strategic leaders
  
• Prepare analysis on costs, revenue, and expenses to assist with pricing on current/new products and services
  
• Assist with ASC 842, lease accounting, for buildings, vehicles and equipment leases, as needed
  
• Preparing reconciliations including prepaid, accrued expenses, fixed assets, credit card and vendor/client monthly reports
  
• Continually review accounting/reporting procedures and policies for the company with the goal of being a subject-matter-expert to better support the organization
  
• Handle ad hoc requests in a timely manner
