Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing company in Cleveland, Ohio to locate their next Senior FP&A/ Accountant .
- Location : Cleveland, Ohio (On-site)
- Compensation : $90k-$110k plus bonus
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday.
What will your day look like?
- Cost Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify cost drivers and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and recommend cost-saving measures, allocation methods, and process improvements.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Manufacturing experience
