Dynamic, Cross-Functional Consumer Marketing Specialist

- 4 years of marketing or other relevant experience required.
- Diabetes knowledge and medical device and/or healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience with Marketing Automation software and CRM is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Some experience with project management

Siter-Neubauer & Associates is currently conducting a search for Consumer Marketing Specialist:
As a key member of the Consumer Marketing team, your focus is on the planning, creation, execution, and performance evaluation of the company’s consumer retention efforts required to support the company’s customer loyalty, satisfaction and revenue goals.
Primarily, you are responsible for the creation and execution of the company’s annual Customer Loyalty and Retention Marketing plan, central to achieving our corporate revenue targets. This includes the creation and/or implementation of recurring and ad-hoc customer communications and campaigns to maximize customer adherence to planned product utilization through education, engagement, and optimal customer experiences at all touch points of the customer lifecycle.
You will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team, helping to ensure continuous alignment and satisfaction of evolving business needs.
