The Manager will partner with a Member Development Representative to identify opportunities to expand our membership, conduct outreach to prospective executive members, and drive the sales process from sourcing to deal closure.Primary Job Duties:Develop and execute strategic plan for selling memberships and solutions within an assigned prospect poolDrive revenue growth in territory or member pool through acquisition of new members, prioritizing multi-year large scale contractsConduct consultative one-on-one and small group onsite presentations to educate prospective members on our servicesDevelop and nurture relationships with CXO audiencesLeverage understanding of the priorities, challenges, and opportunities within your market segment (Health System or broader Industry) and effectively map to Academy solutionsCollaborate with other internal departments to facilitate new businessWork with sales associate on lead generation, pipeline development and logisticsFacilitate a smooth hand-off of closed business to internal Account Management team while continuing to advise and support on member satisfaction, renewal planning and future growth potentialMinimum Qualifications:1+ years of sales experience in a complex and consultative sales environment or as a Business Development Representative or similar functionKnowledge of healthcare industryDemonstrated track record of achieving revenue goals and/or quotasSalesforce Experience preferredInterpersonal Skills & Attributes:CollaborativeCustomer-focusedStrategic mindsetAbility to communicate persuasively with senior executivesTeam approach to working with othersAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as a team memberSelf-directed and resourcefulStrongly goal oriented and competitiveExcellent communication and client facing skillsExcellent organizational skillsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
