Director - Adult Educational Development

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the operations of the Adult Education Development (AED) Department, including but not limited to:

1. Hiring and supervising support staff
2. Preparing and managing budget for the department and managing state and federal grant funding
3. Overseeing annual class schedules
4. Facilitating orientations and staff development for AED adjunct instructors and staff

Serves as direct liaison with the AED faculty Chair(s). Must have a thorough understanding of and ability to fully navigate all applicable State software platforms.
