Overview
Dr. Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, is looking for a Personal Assistant who will assist her inside and outside of the office, and serve as a liaison between her medical office, SLMD Skincare, and the Dr. Pimple Popper digital and television production teams. The ideal candidate will be a highly-organized self-starter with hands-on experience as a day-to-day assistant, medical experience is a huge plus! This person must be located in the Los Angeles area and must also be comfortable on camera, as the person in this role is usually featured on the TV show and in Dr. Pimple Popper videos. Please note this role is not affiliated with A&E Television Networks or the production of the television show.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Dr. Lee’s full calendar: this includes maintaining her schedule for medical procedures in-office and for the TV show, plus her personal/PR calendar for her press obligations as Dr. Pimple Popper.
- Initiate all communication with the television production team, business teams and medical office.
- Assist Dr. Lee in-office to help capture content for social media for Dr. Pimple Popper & SLMD Skincare, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist in filming behind-the-scenes footage for our Social Media and TV show promotion
- Ability to edit and post videos on all major social media platforms, and on YouTube
- Respond to all incoming requests for Dr. Sandra Lee and coordinate with other team members, handling when necessary
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment; schedule can change often and often last minute
- Must have experience arranging travel and may often accompany Dr. Lee as her assistant when she travels to promote the TV show and skincare line.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to assist Dr. Lee in minor household tasks and errands.
