Job Overview
Seeking an energetic, get-things-done person to join our leadership team and champion excellence in our Accounting, Finance, and HR roles. Our current beloved Director of Finance has his eye set on retirement, so we are working to find a new human-centric leader to come and grow with us. We are a mid-sized, privately held organization with 20 years of consistent year-over-year profitable growth. Our needs require an experienced leader with their own visions and passions that complement our internal values to propel our company forward.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
2. Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role
3. Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial management principles
4. Proficiency in treasury management practices and techniques
5. Demonstrated expertise in risk management and financial analysis
6. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team
7. Human Resource experience in handbook development, payroll processing, establishing company policies, fostering personal growth in the workplace, and dealing with the multitude of related complexities
8. Experience moving an organization forward through an emphasis on documented processes and procedures

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
