Our global consulting team provides strategic advisory services in the Life Sciences Industry and works globally with our clients.

What you will be doing:

• As a SAP Finance & Controlling Expert, you will align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business solutions.
• Understanding and documenting the functional and technical requirements.
• Process analysis, design/redesign of Integrated Financial processes as per sector best practice and/or clients' business model.
• Build, test and deploy Life Science best-practice and innovate customer processes in the area of Finance and Controlling.
• Work with our clients in the implementation of large-scale SAP systems.
• Work within a multi-language, multicultural, multi-discipline environment.
• Lead tasks and projects to ensure project success.
• Work with Tenthpin team members in identifying new technologies and opportunities, build new service/product offerings to clients.

What you bring with you:

• Minimum of 2 years (Associate ) or 5 years (Advisor ) experience in large scale SAP implementation projects.
• Strong business process understanding in the Financial area, e.g., Cash Management, Credit Management, Forecasting & Planning, Clinical Trial Accounting, etc.
• Good experience of relevant accounting standards i.e. US GAAP, IFRS, etc.
• Hands-on expertise (customization/configuration) and functional specifications in SAP FI CO and/or S/4HANA.
• First-hand experience in template design and business consulting.
• General understanding of Integration of SAP FI CO to other relevant modules e.g., Sales, Logistics, Production.
• First-hand experience with SAP FSCM, Fiori or other SAP modules and new technologies (SAC, GRC, BPC, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working in Life Science industries (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, animal health) is preferred.
• Good soft skills & communication skills (English and business fluent in local language of hiring country).
• Willingness to travel, particularly in Europe (Monday – Thursday).
