What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Collaborate with sales leadership to convey overall selling strategy to solutions consultants
2. Manage and coach solutions consultants to promote continual improvement and career progression
3. Coordinate strategies for Audit in Tax & Accounting with senior leadership
4. Define channel enablement strategies focused on customer insights and experiences
5. Influence revenue growth through providing technical information and client feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
2. Prior Solutions Consulting experience is a plus
3. Audit experience at a CPA firm is a plus
4. Strong understanding of tax, accounting, and/or audit industry preferred
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
