Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as technical advisor and own the technical relationship with customers.
  2. Lead technical activities from deployment of the Rescale platform to launch.
  3. Provide user training and support.
  4. Collaborate with Rescale Solutions Architect to plan and execute a successful deployment of Rescale solutions.
  5. Work independently to analyze technical needs, requirements, the customer's current infrastructure, operations, and workflows.
  6. Onboard new customer workflows and grow Rescale footprint.
  7. Gain deep knowledge of customer’s workflows and HPC environments.
  8. Work with customers to define and execute customers’ digital transformation strategy to continue to migrate workloads from on-prem to the cloud.
  9. Articulate and present Rescale solutions at conferences, user groups, webinars, etc.
  10. Collaborate with Product Management and provide feedback to continuously improve the design of our ScaleX platform to make engineers more productive in the cloud.

Requirements:

  1. BS in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or related field and 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer, Pre-sales engineer, Post-sales engineer, Customer Success manager, or Customer Success engineer.
  2. 2 years of experience in software, hardware, or cloud in a customer-facing role.
  3. 2 years of experience with enterprise customers in one or more of the industry verticals we serve including aerospace, automotive, life sciences, oil & gas, semiconductor, EDA, federal sector.
  4. 1 year of experience with at least one HPC simulation software such as packages from: ANSYS, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, COMSOL, AVL, Altair, PTC, Cadence, Synopsys, Autodesk, OpenFOAM, LAMMPS, GROMACS, NAMD, etc.
  5. 2 years of experience with presenting highly technical topics.
  6. Must successfully complete a competency-based interview with a focus on high-performance computing disciplines (such as CFD, FEA, Molecular Dynamics, Weather Forecasting, Computational Chemistry, Reservoir (Seismic) Simulation, Media Rendering, Machine Learning, Financial, etc).

Expected Salary: $120,968.00 to $185,750.00
