Manufacturing Technician

Compensation: $17 - $19.50 per hour
Job Title: Manufacturing Test Technician (Immediate Need)
Technician Pay Range: $20.50/hr on 1st shift & $22.50/hr on 2nd shift
Technician Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM
  Technician Start Date: ASAP

Bonney Staffing is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Test Technicians for a leading company in Gray, ME. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing a range of electronic products. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Testing and Repair: Perform tests, troubleshoot, and repair various electronic products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and test equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Fixture Development: Develop test fixtures as needed for effective testing.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate work-related paperwork.
• Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand verbal or written instructions for Electro-mechanical products.
• Proficiency in using minor measuring devices.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
