Prominent boutique commercial real estate law firm is seeing a temporary attorney with leasing expeirence.

• Need Commercial Real Estate & Leasing Experience
• Want someone mid-level, reviewing leases
• 5 Partners and 2 Associates in the group

4-6 years of related real estate experience.

Expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of purchase/sale agreements and commercial leases.

Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, commercial loan and financing documents, entity formation, and the drafting of operating agreements for real estate entities

JD required and must be admitted in the US.
