Customer Service Representatives are the frontline ambassadors of True Shot Ammo, responsible for effectively and positively resolving customer issues and inquiries. Firearms and ammunition knowledge is a definite plus, but not required to apply. Dedication to customer satisfaction is essential.


Job Details:

  • Pay: $15-16 per hour
  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Schedule: Monday-Sunday


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by providing product and service information
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and service inquiries
  • Process transactions accurately
  • Generate sales leads and cultivate new and returning customers
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Open and maintain customer accounts
  • Recommend potential products or services by analyzing customer preferences
  • Assist with order placement, refunds, and exchanges
  • Capture payment information and essential customer details


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
