Whether coordinating high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest innovation, our teams lend their voice to the future of communication.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Responsible for the planning, creative direction, and execution of existing customer marketing campaigns; including email, web, transactional account messaging, and moreWork with programming partners such as FOX, AMC, Disney and others to understand key marketing opportunities and leverage those opportunities to drive customer engagementWork cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to build, refine, and test marketing creativesManage and multi-task with multiple projects simultaneously with supervisionBuild relationships enterprise-wide, and successfully work across departments to coordinate and communicate with various groupsCommunicate project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines effectively across technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organizationConsistently monitors and reports on the project progress/status to all stakeholders and assists in issue resolution as necessarySkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelors in Marketing or related discipline strongly preferred; degree from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferredSkills and Qualifications:Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgencyStrong background in developing creative marketing strategies and following through with execution and analysisExcellent project management skillsAbility to multitaskStrong relationship skills to work cross-functionally and leverage different departments to meet tight deadlines and overcome obstaclesSalary RangesCompensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/YearBenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan.
