Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle CPQ functionality and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both functional consulting and business analysis, with a focus on delivering high-quality CPQ solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, sales strategies, and CPQ requirements.
2. Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions to capture client needs and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Analyze and document business requirements, including product configuration rules, pricing structures, approval workflows, and document generation.
4. Configure and customize Oracle CPQ to meet client-specific requirements, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and customizations where necessary.
5. Work closely with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle CPQ and other systems, such as CRM and ERP platforms.
6. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for CPQ implementation, including product modeling, pricing strategies, and quote generation.
7. Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and accuracy of CPQ solutions.
