The ideal candidate possesses experience providing guidance on HR issues, such as compensation, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, job evaluation, change management, and employee issue resolution. The ideal candidate will work closely with organizational leadership to implement organization-wide systems, maintain a positive work environment and partner with other functions of the HR team.
