About the Position:
TJFACT is seeking to hire a well-qualified Corporate Recruiter to join our Team in Atlanta, GA supporting TJFACT.
TJFACT is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA. The position is Hybrid and reports to the Human Resources Director and provides direct assistance to the Human Resources office. The Corporate Recruiter collaborates with departmental heads across the organization to source, attract and secure the best candidates while also representing the organization externally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruiting, including sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Source candidates through a variety of methods, including networking with industry contacts and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed.com); attend industry and community related job fairs
  • Collaborate with hiring manager and HR Dept. to identify needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, skills and salary range for the position
  • Create, update, and prepare recruiting materials and handouts for community related job fairs and college campus recruiting events
  • Achieve and report talent acquisition metrics and goals including quality of applicant pools and hires, diversity in sourcing, number of hires, time to fill, hiring manager and new hire satisfaction, cost-per-hire, turnover data, and other data provided in a report
  • Analyze success against metrics, create and execute plans to achieve ongoing improvement in results that will reduce unwanted turnover in the business.
  • Follow-up to ensure positions are moving through the recruiting process, including documentation of stalling points and lost candidates
  • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in person meetings)
  • Organize hiring events to attract potential candidates
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until finalized onboarding
  • Work Closely with security department with positions that require clearances
  • Manage the ATS system, including creating and dispositioning the job requisitions and applicants, and producing applicable reports
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal U.S. resident
  • BA in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience working with various levels of security clearance jobs
  • MUST BE LOCAL to Greater Atlanta Area for this position
  • 5+ years’ experience with full cycle recruitment.
  • 5+ years’ experience sourcing resumes on Monster, indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other related platforms.
  • Advanced computer and Internet skills, including high proficiency with Internet searches and computer applications (including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to work on a self-initiated basis; ability to prioritize multiple demands and meet deadlines
  • Efficient, meticulous, with a prominent level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Premium customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Worked with government contracts / Staffing Agencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
  • Hands on experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
