Job Description
Unlock and develop your organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and become part of a small dynamic group with the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities in producing high-quality reports. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating and controlling the flow of confidential reports for the final customer review for pre-employment background checks.

  • EXPERT Knowledge of Google Docs.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills - Important for addressing challenges and finding effective solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills (ability to communicate, interact, and work cooperatively with all) - Key for building strong working relationships and team collaboration.
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information with Discretion - Important for maintaining trust and compliance with sensitive data.
  • Ability to Work in a Hybrid Office Environment - Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely as needed.
Preferred:
  • Multilingual Skills - Desirable but not essential for supporting diverse teams and clients.
Additional Information
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Starting Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
  • Part-time to start, with the potential to transition to full-time.
  • Hours: Flexible, approximately 10-20 hours per week, depending on project needs
  • Location: On-Site in office, with the ability to collaborate virtually with team members and stakeholders
