The opportunity
We are a series B funded Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) building something that actually moves the needle on the global mental health crisis.
Note: Osmind is a remote-first, office-encouraged workplace. We are open to remote candidates within the United States.
What you'll do
- Lead product development strategy for our Clinic-facing business (e.g. EHR software).
- Translate founders' and Chief Medical Officer’s product vision into product strategy and execution tactics.
- Define product planning processes, customer feedback loops, product discovery and prioritization.
- Drive product outcomes and metrics aligned with our business objectives.
- Manage a world-class product management team.
- Champion a customer-centric culture on your team and throughout the organization.
- Balance continuing to scale our post-PMF product with the development of new business lines.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in product management and 4+ years in managing PMs.
- Experience in building products in regulated industries.
- Worked in a venture-backed startup environment between Series A and C.
- SaaS experience, ideally SMB.
- Track record of bringing products to market that deliver user delight and revenue growth.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Healthcare or healthcare IT experience.
- Passion for fixing our broken mental healthcare system.

The reasonably estimated national salary range for this position is between $161,000-$300,000. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local cost of labor.
