Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will report to OneOncology's AP Supervisor. The position is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving invoices, processing, verification and reconciling accounts according to the established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the accounts payable process at corporate and practice to ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.
  • Responsible for timely resolution of all invoice discrepancies, ensuring practices remain in good standing with vendors.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure proper approvals are obtained timely.
  • Work the error reconciliation report for payment.
  • Assist and ensure successful quarterly and year-end audits as it relates to accounts payable.
  • Participate in any other projects as needed.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills and customer service approach.
  • Action-oriented and solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in Accounts Payable with multi-location healthcare preferred.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Independent worker who can adapt to change quickly.
  • Detailed oriented with strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • Can prioritize, able to multi-task, bring solutions to the table and is comfortable working in a fast pace environment.
  • BS/BA in a business-related field preferred.
