Supply Chain Analyst

Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources using SQL and Python.
• Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and engineering, in order to best understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Forecasting/ inventory planning, supply chain optimization, SQL & Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization.
• Proven Experience using SQL & Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of and supply chain management and planning principles, practices, and techniques.
• Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization and experience using SQL & Python.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions, Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present to various levels of management and ability to work with XFNs to drive a project/program.
• Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM.
