Your Mission: Transform Global Payroll and Elevate the Employee Experience
Embark on an exciting journey with Lockheed Martin's Global Payroll team, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our processes and modernizing systems to optimize the employee experience throughout the Hire to Retire life cycle. As a member of our People Financial Services organization within Global Financial Services, you'll report directly to the Sr. Manager of Global Payroll Operations, supporting the implementation of the innovative enterprise Human Capital Management system, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll.
In this rewarding position, you will:
• Collaborate closely with functional payroll teams, ensuring clear requirement definition and documentation during ongoing production activities
• Design detailed processes and systems
• Develop test scripts, verify scenarios, and resolve defects related to Replication of data from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll
• Analyze, map, cleanse, and validate data
• Monitor replication and resolve issues in partnership with the IT organization in production EC/ECP systems after go-live

How about every other Friday off? This role is scoped on a 9x80 schedule, and is also a Full-Time Telecommute (Remote) role, although preference is for candidates in close proximity to a major Lockheed Martin facility.

Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- Proven production payroll experience with processing payroll where HR system is SAP Employee Central (EC) and payroll system is Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Replication monitoring and error resolution between EC & ECP systems.
- Demonstrated process improvement experience: the capacity to observe, learn, and make recommendations for continuous improvements
- Demonstrated experience in ability to establish and maintain highly effective and collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries and geographical locations
- Proven ability to work in an agile fast-paced high volume environment
Desired Skills:
Prior deep technical experience with large enterprise HR/Payroll system implementations

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
