A large international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level patent prosecution associate to join their Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Silicon Valley, CA office. Candidates with a non-life science technical background along with solid electrical, mechanical, and software patent prosecution experience will be considered.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of prep and prosecution experience as a patent attorney
- JD from a top 100 law school
- Technical background that is non-life science
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong organization, writing, and analytical skills
- California bar and Patent bar memberships are strongly preferred
- USPTO registered candidates committed to obtaining the CA bar will be considered
All candidates are required to provide (a) law school transcripts and (b) 1 or 2 good writing samples.
