Senior Recruiter:
We are searching for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team as a player-coach. This role will support our Aftermath brand and will be responsible for the organization's high volume, full lifecycle recruitment, which includes partnering closely with the leadership team, hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs, and implementing and refining a well-rounded recruitment strategy to deliver quality candidates to fill assigned positions. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive all recruiting activities, such as intake meetings, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and delivering exceptional service. IN this role you will utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the interviewing, hiring, and offer process and all reporting.

What you will do:
- Partner with the leadership team, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to assess current and future staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Deliver high volume, full lifecycle recruiting activities to ensure staffing needs are met and roles are filled with the best talent. This includes but is not limited to:
- Posting talent opportunities on the Company career site and leading job boards
- Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates, past applicants, employee referrals, and prospects to develop deeper and more diverse candidate pipelines
- Thoroughly prescreening, and then presenting qualified candidates to the hiring teams
- Leading the offer process to close and hire selected talent
- Act as a player-coach to Recruiter(s), inspiring a highly effective and efficient recruiting team and processes.
- Ensure the recruiting team is engaged and aligned with the business and its needs.
- Provide frequent communication, feedback, insights, and guidance to assist hiring managers in navigating the talent market, candidate pool, and selection process while focused on delivering a timely and positive candidate experience.
- Contribute and participate in the continuous improvement of the recruiting process.
- Maintain or exceed established KPIs, including time to fill, hiring targets, quality of hire metrics, and survey satisfaction scores.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, including but not limited to number of hires, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance, and time per stage.
- Track employee referrals and partner with Accounting & Finance for employee bonus payout.
- Represent high-volume recruiting in recruiting projects and process improvements, such as ATS implementation and upgrades.
- Determine the cadence and manner in which reports are shared with the leadership team, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Have awareness of all candidates in onboarding to ensure a smooth and timely process, leading to candidates starting on time and without interruption.
- Build partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical schools to understand the job placement platforms to increase the candidate pipeline for entry-level roles.
- Build partnerships with veteran associations and leverage efforts to increase our veteran and military recruiting pipelines.
- Act as a first-line ambassador of the Company to engage and attract talent, building pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Design and deliver interview training and coaching for front-line managers.
- Ensure the recruiting process aligns with workforce needs and maintain all regulatory compliance and federal and local laws.
- An exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to deliver effective recruitment strategies
- General human resource knowledge, including employment laws and regulations as they relate to the hiring process
- Prescreening skills and knowledge of behavior-based interviewing techniques with the ability to effectively assess candidates and train others on interview best practices.
- Ability to work with a variety of jobs, including hourly, high volume, office-based, and field-based positions
- Deep understanding of current recruitment trends and the ability to implement them
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to speak publicly and with all levels of leadership within an organization
- Exceptional written communication skills with an attention to detail in effectively branding or marketing open positions
- Must be flexible and able to adjust priorities to meet changing deadlines and business needs
- Expert experience using an ATS to track and manage the recruiting and hiring process
- Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred; degree may be offset by relevant and substantial work experience in full lifecycle recruitment
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven success with high-volume recruiting and the ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Skilled in collecting recruiting-related data and creating informative reports
- Previous leadership and team member coaching and training experience preferred
