Pay: $70,000/year

ProRecruiters is seeking a Sales Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Prepare and submit a sales quotation to the customer, which includes thermal design, costing, terms and conditions, specification review, and clarifications
- Communicate and research customer needs to develop competitive and applicable offerings
- Negotiate with customers to obtain orders while focusing on company profitability and ability to fabricate within quotation constraints
- Document sales activity of assigned proposals within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Comply with requirements of the Tender Review and Approval Process as required
- Attend design verification meetings, if required, to successfully transition order management to projects
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, government regulations, and shop capabilities
- Source and negotiate pricing and delivery from sub-suppliers during the quotation stage
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning
- Develop and maintain communications cooperatively and professionally with all levels of staff and customers
Position Requirements:
- Maintain working knowledge of company products and services
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and interchange with others in the department
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment
