Our client is seeking a Temporary HRIS Training and Development Analyst to join their team remotely. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with various departments to support the implementation and maintenance of HR processes within the ERP system.
- Administer HR programs and processes including performance management and employee engagement.
- Provide timely and accurate information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting HR modules within the ERP system.
- Develop and implement standardized HR processes and procedures within the ERP system.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Continuously improve HR processes and enhance system efficiency and usability.
- Support employee data audits and compliance activities to ensure data integrity and legal adherence.
- Provide user support and training to HR staff and other employees on HR processes and ERP system usage.
- Assist in the data migration process from legacy systems to the ERP system.
- Stay updated with HR industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations and system functionality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
- Proficiency in using HRIS or ERP system functionalities for employee data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of shared services concepts and ERP implementation processes is desirable.
- Healthcare background highly preferred.
