Corporate Associate

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth/venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and other business transactions. Experience with deals in the software, technology, healthcare, or life sciences industries is a significant plus.
